Vedo tanta rabbia, frustrazione, paura, aggressivitaÌ fisica e verbale.. e non mi piace affatto. SaraÌ che sono troppo fragile o che stiamo sbagliando direzione? Dove stiamo andando? SaraÌ che dovremmo chiedere aiuto piuÌ spesso? Che siamo arrabbiati e che quindi ci sfoghiamo con il mondo? E percheÌ non chiediamo aiuto? Per paura? Per vergogna? Scrivo questo post percheÌ voglio ringraziare la psicoterapia, che ad oggi mi sta iniziando a far vedere le cose in modo diverso. Farsi aiutare da uno psicologo eÌ un atto di umiltaÌ con se stessi che consiglio a gran voce e SENZA VERGOGNA. Fatevi aiutare se avete bisogno, percheÌ non vale la pena star male in questa vita cosiÌ breve e cosiÌ veloce. Se miglioriamo noi stessi, saremo in grado di cambiare il mondo intorno a noi. Quella in cui scrivo eÌ una finestra virtuale che ci vuole sempre sorridenti e belli, ma talvolta andare controcorrente mostrando la VERITAÌ puoÌ essere utile a chi ci ascolta.
