<p>Tra le questioni extra calcistiche di maggior interesse dell&#8217;ultimo periodo c&#8217;è senz&#8217;altro quella relativa all&#8217;esclusione del <strong>Manchester City</strong> dalle prossime due stagioni europee. Un danno enorme per un club che ormai da anni è in pianta stabile nell&#8217;elitè del calcio internazionale. I ricchi proprietari del club, al momento non contemplano questa ipotesi e per questo hanno presentato ricorso al <strong>TAS di Losanna</strong> per sovvertire la sentenza della <strong>Uefa</strong>, che tra l&#8217;altro ha comminato anche una multa di 35 milioni di euro.</p>

<p>Tornando alla spinosa situazione, il tutto nasce da alcune trasgressioni della società presieduta dallo sceicco <strong>Mansur bin Zayed Al Nahyan</strong> in merito al fair play finanziario. Sotto accusa alcune entrate relative alle sponsorizzazioni, che secondo la <strong>Uefa</strong> sarebbero state sopravvalutate nei conti al fine di raggiungere il pareggio di bilancio. Secondo il noto tabloid inglese <strong>The Sun</strong>, il <strong>City</strong> pur di uscire senza ripercussioni da questa diatriba, avrebbe assunto <strong>David Pannick</strong>, considerato il miglior avvocato dell&#8217;intero<strong> Regno Unito. </strong></p>
<p>La sua parcella giornaliera ammonta a circa 24mila euro al giorno, il che rende l&#8217;idea dell&#8217;importanza del personaggio. A prescindere dalle referenze, i <strong>campioni d&#8217;Inghilterra</strong> sperano che le sue competenze siano utili per raggiungere l&#8217;obiettivo finale. L&#8217;esclusione delle coppe porterebbe ad un drastico ridimensionamento a livello tecnico, con giocatori e allenatore (<strong>Guardiola</strong> è già in orbita <strong>Juventus</strong>) pronti alla grande fuga da <strong>Manchester. </strong></p>
