<p>Quelle degli incontri, le <strong>app</strong> <strong>dating</strong> come <strong>Tinder, Grindr e OkCupid</strong>, sono piattaforme con molto traffico d&#8217;utenza, di cui si parla spesso: ora, tali app finiscono sotto <strong>accusa</strong> per una <strong>presunta</strong> <strong>violazione</strong> <strong>della</strong> <strong>privacy</strong>.</p>

<p>A muovere l&#8217;accusa è l&#8217;organizzazione no profit &#8216;<strong>Norwegian Consumer Council</strong>&#8216;, che ha svelato il proprio report nello studio effettuato in materia.</p>
<p>Geolocalizzazione, inclinazione sessuale, interessi e stato di salute, queste sarebbero solo alcune delle <strong>informazioni</strong> <strong>riservate</strong> che le app avrebbero condiviso in modo illegittimo e incontrollato con <strong>società</strong> <strong>terze</strong>, come quelle di marketing e advertising online.</p>

<p>Tali dati verrebbero utilizzati per profilare <strong>consumatori</strong>, identificando dei gruppi e organizzando annunci pubblicitari ad hoc, su misura.</p>

<p>Nel suddetto studio intitolato &#8220;<strong>Out of control&#8221;</strong> (Fuori controllo, ndr), si parla di una &#8220;folle violazione della privacy&#8221;.</p>

<p>Posizione geografica, preferenze politiche, religione o orientamento sessuale, tutte le informazioni che sarebbero state condivise in violazione del regolamento generale sulla protezione dei <strong>dati</strong> <strong>personali</strong> (<strong>GDPR</strong>).</p>
<p>Le conclusioni del report sono nette: &#8220;Venti mesi dopo l&#8217;entrata del GDRP, i consumatori sono ancora ampiamente spiati online&#8221;. Inoltre, si aggiunge che gli stessi utenti non hanno la possibilità di sapere chi tratta i dati e come fermarli.</p>

<p>La denuncia presentata contro <strong>Grindr</strong> e <strong>cinque</strong> <strong>partner</strong> si fonda sull&#8217;idea che queste pratiche possano favorire discriminazioni e manipolazioni.
