<p>Mentre in Patria ha visto naufragare, anche per merito di un nugolo di dissidenti parlamentari <strong>tory</strong> che hanno votato contro le indicazioni del leader del loro partito, due sue<strong> mozioni per andare alle urne</strong> per la metà di ottobre, in tempo utile per perfezionare la<strong> Brexit,</strong> entro il 31 ottobre e non chiedere un ulteriore rinvio, il Premier britannico<strong> Boris</strong> <strong>Johnson</strong> deve anche fare i conti con una sorta di ultimatum impostogli dall&#8217;<strong>Unione</strong> <strong>Europea</strong>. Come ha reso noto il Premier finlandese <strong>Antti Rinne</strong>, in qualità di Presidente di turno dell&#8217;Unione Europea, a Johnson sono state concesse due settimane, per la precisione, <strong>12 giorni</strong>, per presentare un <strong>bozza scritta di accordo</strong> per la Brexit. Un&#8217;accelerazione nel negoziato, ha precisato sempre Antii Rinne, concordata con il Presidente della Francia <strong>Emmanuel Macron</strong>.</p>

<h2>Brexit, ultimatum dell&#8217;Unione Europea a Johnson: piano in 12 giorni. Il Premier britannico: &#8220;Brexit entro il 31 ottobre&#8221;</h2>
<p>Comunque, il Premier britannico non sembra affatto turbato dall&#8217;ultimatum piovutogli addosso tra capo e collo, anzi, continua a ritenere che si possa arrivare ad un <strong>accordo in occasione di</strong> <strong>un summit</strong> con i leader europei il prossimo 17 ottobre. Inoltre, assicura che la Brexit si perfezionerà, comunque, il 31 ottobre, <strong>anche &#8220;no deal</strong>&#8220;, cioè senza accordo. Proprio in previsione di tale infausta evenienza ieri il<strong> Parlamento europeo</strong>, con 544 voti a favore, 126 contrari e 38 astenuti, ha approvato una risoluzione in base alla quale, in caso di Brexit no deal, la cui responsabilità ricadrebbe interamente sul governo britannico, gli obblighi <strong>finanziari</strong> e di altro genere del Regno Unito verso l&#8217;Ue <strong>continueranno ad essere vigenti</strong>. Insomma, visti tali presupposti, non sembra profilarsi all&#8217;orizzonte <strong>un&#8217;uscita ordinata</strong> del Regno Unito dall&#8217;Unione Europea.</p>
