<p>Durante la giornata di oggi, giovedì 25 luglio, è stato approvato dalla <strong>Camera</strong> il <strong>decreto sicurezza bis</strong> che ha visto un esito di <strong>322 voti a favore, mentre i contrari sono stati 90.</strong></p>

<p>Ora il testo dovrà essere esaminato e poi votato al <strong>Senato</strong> per essere approvato; il provvedimento contiene una serie di variazioni sul tema <strong>dell&#8217;immigrazione clandestina</strong> e si occupa delle <strong>imbarcazioni</strong> <strong>ong</strong>, o meglio dei <strong>soccorsi</strong> in <strong>mare.</strong> Prossimamente quindi si svolgerà anche la votazione al Senato.</p>
<p>Le novità più grosse, probabilmente, riguardano i primi due articoli del testo; nello specifico il ministro dell’Interno può intervenire sull&#8217;ingresso, il transito o la sosta nelle acque territoriali delle imbarcazioni, vietandone o limitandone l&#8217;ingresso, qualora si verifichino ragioni di sicurezza o reato di favoreggiamento dell&#8217;immigrazione clandestina.</p>

<h2>Decreto sicurezza bis, la Camera approva: il testo ora al Senato. 17 i deputati 5stelle assenti</h2>
<p>È stato dunque il giorno del <strong>Decreto</strong> <strong>sicurezza</strong> <strong>bis</strong>, approvato dalla <strong>Camera con 322 voti favorevoli, 90 contrari e un astenuto.</strong></p>
<p>Oltre ad alcune variazioni, come spiegato sopra, sul tema <strong>dell&#8217;immigrazione</strong> <strong>clandestina</strong> e dei soccorsi in mare, è stata anche introdotta una multa che va da 150 mila euro fino a un milione per il comandante della nave che violerebbe il divieto e, in più, il <strong>sequestro </strong>della nave.</p>

<p>La maggioranza ha ottenuto i voti anche di Forza Italia e Fratelli d&#8217;Italia, ma nella Camera, per la suddetta votazione, ben 17 deputati del <strong>Movimento</strong> <strong>Cinque</strong> <strong>Stelle</strong> sono risultati essere assenti. Anche Roberto Fico, il presidente della Camera, si sarebbe allontanato prima del momento utile per esprimere la propria preferenza.
