<p><strong>Sherlock Holmes</strong>, film uscito nelle sale nel 2009, con regia di <strong>Guy Ritchie</strong>, andrà in onda stasera su <strong>Italia 1</strong> a partire dalle 21:20. Il film vede nei panni del protagonista, l&#8217;attore newyorkese, <strong>Robert D. Jr.</strong> così come il sequel uscito nel 2011, <em>Sherlock Holmes &#8211; Gioco di ombre: </em><strong>trama e cast del film</strong> .</p>

<h3>TRAMA</h3>
<p>Londra, fine &#8216;800. <strong>Sherlock Holmes</strong> è un brillante investigatore inglese ed è aiutato dall&#8217;altrettanto bravo, <strong>dottor Watson</strong>. Nella pericolosa cittadina britannica ci sono sempre tanti casi da risolvere, ma questo appare alquanto singolare. Dopo aver arrestato un malvivente, <strong>Lord Blackwood</strong>, Holmes e Watson lo consegnano alle autorità per assistere poi, alla sua impiccagione. Il giorno dopo però la tomba di Blakwood verrà ritrovata vuota con il custode del cimitero sicuro di averlo visto uscire da essa e andarsene via. Holmes non è di certo dispiaciuto di avere un nuovo caso da risolvere ed intanto, si presenta in casa sua, la bella <strong>Irene Adler</strong>, ladra con cui proprio Holmes aveva una relazione. Dopo tante investigazioni ed intrecci di storie, Blackwood morirà sul Tower Bridge, ma il furto di una macchina importante da parte di tale <strong>professor Moriarty</strong>, metterà Holmes sulle tracce di un nuovo ladro e con una nuova indagine da seguire.</p>

<p>Il film, tratto dai romanzi di <strong>Sir Arthur Conan Doyle,</strong> ha un cast davvero d&#8217;eccezione. L&#8217;investigatore inglese è interpretato da <strong>Robrt Downey Jr.</strong>, mentre il dottor Watson è <strong>Jude Law</strong>. La bella ladra, Irene Adler, sarà <strong>Rachel McAdams</strong> e Lord Blackwood è <strong>Mark</strong> <strong>Strong.</strong> Nel film, anche <strong>Kelly Reilly</strong>, qui Mary Morstan, <strong>James Fox</strong>, nei panni di Sir Thomas Rotheram e <strong>Clive Russel</strong> ad interpretare Capitan Tanner.</p>
