<p><strong>Omar Sy</strong> è nato in Trappes il 20 gennaio del 1978, figlio di madre mauritana e padre senegalese. <strong>L&#8217;artista</strong> non aveva mai pensato di diventare un volto noto del <strong>cinema</strong> e della tv, ma a metà degli anni &#8217;90 accompagna un suo amico, già speaker, in Radio Nova e da lì la sua <strong>carriera</strong> sarà tutta in discesa, grazie anzitutto alla sua bravura e spigliatezza</p>
<p>Omar inizia a far parte di sè grazie alla presenza in diversi programmi comici e comincia a lavorare in tv.</p>
<p>Su Canal + l&#8217;artista prende parte alla trasmissione &#8216;Le cinéma de Jamel&#8217; insieme a Jamel Debbouze e, sullo stesso canale incontra i due cominci Eric e Ramzy, insieme ai due comincia &#8216;La Tour Montparnasse infernale&#8217;.</p>
<p>Grazie alla sua partecipazione al Tour incontra Éric Toledano e Olivier Nakache che, nel 2002, convincono l&#8217;attore a prendere parte ad un corto metraggio.</p>

<p>Nel 2011 arriva una grande occasione per <strong>Omar Oy</strong>, prende parte come protagonista al film drammatico &#8216;<strong>Quasi amici</strong>&#8216; insieme a Fred Testot. La pellicola consente all&#8217;artista di vincere il <strong>Premio</strong> <strong>César</strong> per il migliore attore.</p>
<p>Sy ha preso parte a moltissimi <strong>film</strong> noti, tra cui: &#8216;X-Men &#8211; Giorni di un futuro passato&#8217;; &#8216;Jurassic World&#8217;; &#8216;Samba&#8217;; &#8216;Il sapore del successo&#8217;; &#8216;Famiglia all&#8217;improvviso &#8211; Istruzioni non incluse&#8217;; &#8216;Il viaggio di Yao&#8217;; &#8216;Inferno&#8217;; &#8216;Dr. Knock&#8217;; &#8216;Wolk Call &#8211; Minaccia in alto mare&#8217; e tanti tanti altri.</p>
<p>Sy è sposato con la bella <strong>Hélène</strong> <strong>Sy</strong>, fondatrice e presidente dell&#8217;associazione CéKeDuBonheur. I due sono sposati dal 2007 e hanno ben cinque figli, due maschi e tre femmine.</p>
